I found these two quirky items from a UK ceramics artist while randomly surfing etsy (click either picture to get to her store). 
They are tiny, handmade and absolute perfection.  The base is offwhite clay with embedded glass (you knew there’d have to glass included, right?) and gold and platinum highlights.

I know, I know… i’m just as shocked as you.  seriously.
It’s a set.  And I don’t make sets. 
Really.  i don’t. 
I’ve only ever made one other set before and it was pure torture.  Took me over a year to finish those too. 
But this set?  just took a me a few hours yesterday morning. barely.

Tales from the torch: Dec. 24th/07

Another bunch of custom orders: requests were for oranges, reds, browns, golds… plus your first glimpse of anything “floral” from me.  They’re all around 2inches long or so.
 
From left to right:
